As a teen my social life was roleplaying. And Beer. Usually both. And i had a retainer and really bad glasses. I was the kind of person Milhouse aspires to be. So I have an Armour class of -5 when it comes to mocking nerds.

Die rolling is the only physical thing we're good at but due to that die rolling we can pretend that we are kick ass hard bastards who will beat you to within an inch of your life, then cure you so we can do it again.

Sad news indeed.
Was into D&D as a youngster and still like computer RPG games now.

I also managed to get my hands on a fantasy book written by Gary,was very good.
Keep meaning to see if I can get my hands on any more.

Think I still have some D&D stuff knocking around although I can't swear to it.
