We've been watching the new-ish version of Walker (texas ranger). Jared Padelecki - the tall one, Sam, from Supernatural plays the lead and while I quite like him, frankly I'm just not sure he can really act.

It's a bit.... low budget and shit.... reminds me a bit of the Lorenzo Lamas series 'Renegade' but with much lamer set pieces. And yet, I find it quite good easy watching. I can fall asleep during an episode and not really lose track of much of what's happening and at this stage of my life that is both a plus, and also is damning with faint praise.

I've been watching the new Apple series Dark Matter (not to be confused by the cancelled Scifi series of the same name).

So far it's been interesting. Jennifer Connelly is still looking good for her age, but I'm not sure about the main actor. He comes across as just confused all of the time with little real emotions shown.

The first 2 episodes were great, but it's allowed down a bit with the 3rd and 4th.

The series of about a scientist who invented a box that can assist the user between versions of tablet in a multiverse of infinite outcomes. It has a sinister story behind it all, but I just hope they get on with it a bit faster.
