Netcraft have a feature where you can see what a website is running on. For example http://toolbar.netcraft.com/site_rep...assicamiga.com shows that the ClassicAmiga webserver uses Apache/1.3.37 Unix on Linux, a pretty regular setup.

I saw that website (or a similar one) a few years ago. Very interesting.

As for ebuyer, maybe the people who run the servers like old computers so named them after old computers?
