I'm about to start going through my original boxed Amiga games collection and cataloguing them all with the intention of selling a lot of them,
I have a lot, as in over 1000, so it's going to take some time. I have a lot of duplicates I will be selling to make some room, but will also probably be selling a lot of the rest to downsize the collection and only keep the ones that mean something to me such as great memories, box art and included extras such as maps, big manuals etc. Intention is to display the remaining boxes I keep.

I want to try and test the disks for each I list for sale. But being so old now there is a chance some will be dead, I'm wondering what the legality is if I were to sell the old physical games with dead disks but including ADF copies of the disks with it? UK law still states you can make one backup copy for personal use I can't see that's an issue if the originals are included, Or should I just not bother testing the disks and sell them as is with a disclaimer stating the age of the disks and the potential that they might not work?
