There are a few of these projects floating around at the moment. I would question the claim of official licensing from Amiga Inc as it's still unsure as to the status of the licence holders of the Amiga rights.

Do you know if Bill McEwen is still running the show over at Amiga Inc.? I remember reading something about Amiga Games Inc. or something similar involved in a stock-scam?

I forget at the moment but it all kicked off in 2013 regarding the Commodore US company making PCs that looked like C64 and Amiga. And a recent kickstarter project to create emulated Amiga games on other platforms without the proper licenses.
When I apple to Cloanto they were unsure themselves whom items what, but they personally own rights to the kickstart roms.

Hi Harrison,
I am Jarno Smit, the man behind the crowdfunding campaign AMIGA CASE.
I am sorry to hear you question the licensing from Amiga Inc.
Amiga Inc. is the rightfull owner of the Amiga trademark. You can check that here :
https://euipo.europa.eu/eSearch/#det...arks/000815779
In my opinion this information is leading.
I do have a contract with Amiga Inc.. and therefore permission to use the AMIGA trademark in word and writing on the AMIGA CASE.
Thank you.
