Yep, still no ADSL. My Mother is really annoyed about it and went a bit mad earlier. Plusnet are taking a rather long time to reply to the support ticket I raised, and according to their discussion board, this slowness seems fairly normal.
I might go and try one of my Christmas chocolates now

Finally got my ADSL back. I telephoned Plusnet at 1am this morning and they found the problem immediately and sorted it. My mother telephoned them yesterday and I think because of her lack of knowledge, she kindof led the staff up the wrong path.

We changed the ADSL package recently, as well as switching to their telephone service. Turned out someone had configured us on the wrong realm for some reason (or something like that), hence it wouldn't authenticate.
