This is initially a list of the game I know about. One thing that strikes me from making this initial list is that whilst there are a lot of great games for the 360 (it has been available since 2005 after all), there are not that many exclusive titles. Or have I missed some more good ones out?

Majin and the Forsaken Kingdom and
Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning are not 360 exclusive, I have them for the PS3.
There's still 2 nice older RPGs you forgot, 360 exclusive,
Blue Dragon and
Lost Odyssey.

True, it's not out till October, but thought it worth included.
@DC added those and amended the others.
Any other RPGs for the 360? If there are quite a few maybe we should start a new 360 RPG thread list?
