What games exist for Aga, larger in size then the usual? (CD)

Red Mars - for what i read the support is a CD.

Exodus, last war - The graphics look very very nice. pictures in amigakit.com

Tell me other CD games (not cd32) but for A1200 (higher then 68020)

Most of which require an 040 or better and recommend a graphics card. I found most of these through emule try searching for Amiga CD A.P.S on emule to see what you get.

One of the torents on Pleasuredome contains most of them, but there is also a none TOSEC CD game torrent on underground gamer that has the rest.

TBH most of those I listed would be painfully slow on an 030 and quite a few are just poor games IMHO. Uropa2 and The Shadow Of The Third moon are about the best that are playable on an 030. The others play under emulation.
