mGalaxy is a new frontend form MAME and can be found at www.mgalaxy.com, haven't tried it yet, but will surely give it a try.

I just took a look at the site and it does look like a nice clean frontend. I also watched the FAQ video and the controlling of the frontend is nicely thought out. I will definitely have to try this frontend out myself.
