I've just recently decided to change my email accounts from yahoo to gmail because yahoo no longer provide free pop support. As far as i know I've changed all my details on all my favorite sites however i'm getting worried as i have a distinct lack of emails coming in. All the tests show that the new email accounts are working but i'm still not receiving some of the usual mail. Should i be worried? (I've kept my old email accounts going for the moment so if i've forgotten anything i'll still get the email,)

Have you setup a forward from the old address to the new one?

I don't have a yahoo account, but all other webmail accounts I've ever used offer the ability.

If you have successfully changed the emails in the online accounts then I can't see why it wouldn't be working straight away.

I'd forgotten about the forwarding. I'll give that a try in the next couple of days to see if that increases the amount of emails i get.
