Radeon 9200 series cards will have drivers for OS3xx supplied shortly.
Good news as it's getting harder to source Voodoo PCI graphics cards and existing ones are getting on a bit now.
No mention of drivers for OS4, although it maybe possible to use 3.9 drivers under emulation in the same way it is for Voodoo cards.

That is good news as you can still find 9200 cards for sale new and they offer much more graphics ram than the older Voodoo cards.
However I still think my idea mentioned in the other Mediator thread is a better direction they should go in. Instead of continuing to create PCI expansion boards, instead create a full integrated expansion solution that contains all the graphics, sound, and networking chips on the single expansion. Only one set of drivers would be needed for them all to work and you would get everything out of the box, instead of trying to source old out of date PCI cards.

@Harrison
most of what you mention could easly be done in an FPGA (sound / network / usb / firewire / pci-e bus controller).
I would like to see an independent graphics chipset though.. either settle for Nvida or ATI stalwart.
but i do like the idea of a low-cost Amiga bolt on that gives you network / sound / graphics / usb
that would be great!
