SONY late last year refiled for patents on the UMD drive, and then commented that they "would not" release the device to OEM's or Public.... wich sucks the big one.... imagine a UMD drive to IDE/SCSI... think of the cool things that could be made.... like my portable amiga project that i just thought of
or more specifically a 3.5" UMD/ small DVD compatible dive would do for an amiga.... mmm nice.... and mico PC / HTPC cases...[Reply]
