ClassicWB packs updated to v27 - Workbench 1.3 themes available!

Time of year again guys - updated the packs with the biggest change being some nice Workbench 1.3 themes available in the 68k and LITE versions:

The Workbench 1.3 themes feel really nostalgic - would be great for running on a mini-mig too.
